About the Luvan Glass Casserole Dish with Lid
Our Glass Casserole Dish comes in two shapes: a 2.8 liter (3 quart) ribbed oval and a 2.4 liter (2.5 quart) round. Both have a glass lid with a knob and wide handles on the dish, so you carry it from the oven to the table with oven mitts and a good grip. The lid holds heat and steam in while you bake, and you watch the food through it without lifting it. Mac and cheese, lasagna, a roast chicken or baked vegetables go from the oven to the table and then into the fridge in the same dish. It is not for a stovetop burner or an induction plate.
In the bakeware & storage section you will find it next to the Glass Baby Food Jars, both part of Luvan kitchenware.
