Our Aluminum Pizza Peel has a 12 by 14 inch blade with a thin front edge that slides under a pizza, a loaf of bread or a pie. The pine handle keeps your hand away from the heat of a home oven, a pizza oven or a grill, and it folds back over the blade when you put the peel away. Aluminum is light, does not rust, and wipes clean with a soft sponge.
