About the Luvan Double-Sided Stainless Steel Cutting Board
Our Double-Sided Cutting Board measures 14.4 by 9.9 inches and only 0.4 inch thick. One face is 304 stainless steel for raw meat and fish, the other wheat straw polypropylene for vegetables, bread and fruit, so the two jobs never share a surface. A groove around the edge catches juice, silicone corners keep the board still, and a hanging hole lets it dry upright. Both faces rinse clean and go in the dishwasher.
