Pepper mill, salt mill, or both
Our heavy pepper grinder is built for output: an anodized aluminum body, a CNC430 steel burr and a big top that takes 50 grams of peppercorns. It is for pepper and dry spices only. Coarse sea salt goes in the salt mill, which has a pentagonal burr made for salt crystals and the same 50 gram capacity.
If you want both on the table, the set of two mills comes on a metal stand or a wooden base, with 12 grind settings each and locking lids. The sleek mill is the light, everyday choice: a stainless steel core, a tinted chamber that shows the level and a magnetic cap that keeps dust off the counter.

Can you put salt in the Luvan pepper grinder?
No. Keep the pepper mills for pepper and dry spices: salt is corrosive to their burr. Use the salt grinder or the salt mill of the set.
How do you change the grind on a Luvan pepper mill?
Turn the knob at the bottom: clockwise for finer, counterclockwise for coarser. The mills of the set have 12 marked settings.
How do you clean your Luvan grinder?
Wipe or brush the outside, and keep water out of the mill. Grind a few peppercorns through after refilling to clear old dust.
